My skills in the world of computer graphics as a 3D Artist and Compositor

About me

After studying Architecture at university, i got into photography (my father was a photograhper) and computer graphics. It's been 25 years now and i'm still working in this field. I started as a 3D Artist using Maya to create 3D graphics for MTV and commercials. Later I learned Nuke and began to work on film and fiction productions. In the meantime I taught Maya and Nuke at the New Academy of Fine Arts in Milan (NABA) for several years, students were crating 3d model to be imported in unity: the most passionate students always managed to amaze me and my colleagues who taught Unity and game design. Computer graphics is a world in which you never stop learning and solving problems (problems are never lacking) and experience is the greatest value that we bring with us. Now artificial intelligence is coming and we can only accept it and learn to use it, following the flow that technology offers us. Being a freelancer I often receive very different requests, from still images for printing to industrial or architectural work, thus expanding my knowledge in the field. Along my journey I have had the opportunity to meet many people, some of whom have become friends, with whom I still collaborate, this means that if the request is to animate a character, I have it animated by someone who can do it better than me, if i have to provide a smoke or fluid simulation in Houdini, i have a collegue creating those effect so that the final product leaves the customer satisfied. I have been on sets several times to verify and produce the necessary material so that an effect can be successful.

Finally I approached Yoga because always sitting in front of the computer is not good!

Namaste'.
